The valuation range given by the agency was 5-10% higher than the selling price & I was disappointed when they recommended a reserve price $40,000 less than the bottom of their original recommended range when put to auction. Keryn as the agent was diligent in her efforts to find us a buyer and worked to the very end to get the best result possible.
