I would highly recommend Keryn and all the Sold property team. From the moment we met Keryn she was warm and caring, unlike some of the other real estate agents we met on our journey. She seemed open to all types of questions offering support and advice. We ended up selling and buying our new house with Keryn and her team. Keryn came to our previous house and advised us of her recommendations for getting the house ready for sale. Her team coordinated the trades required and called in favours for us to be a priority due to the time pressure as we were subject to sale. All the trades she recommended were wonderful and I would highly recommend to others. Keryn took the time to touch base with us and let us know any progress or strategies she was currently working on. She was open to other suggestions but also provided her industry knowledge and guidance. She made sure she exhausted all enquires and kept my husband and me in the loop for all of it. She offered encouragement and reassurance that the whole process would work itself out and helped us to keep the faith in amongst a new war and continuing changes in the industry. It’s rare to find someone who does exactly what they say they are going to do. And rarer to have it all happen on the timeline we discussed at the very start – despite our stress and doubts along the way. On move in day, we were welcomed with a lovely welcome basket and bespoke present. It is the little touches that make the SOLD team special.
