Outstanding Real Estate Dream Maker, Keryn Osgerby

I have had an AMAZING Experience Selling my House with Keryn Osgerby. Keryn worked Extremely hard for me and was very accurate on the Value & Price I should receive. What stands out the Most through this experience is she GUIDED me with her "Knowledge of the Market" as we had many early Offers. However, some of them were Low and disappointing BUT Keryn's belief in the Value of my House was unwavering. She always said it was MY DECISION but backed this up with "Your Home is Beautiful & Special" and I am very sure we can get your agreed price. This was then confirmed by a Valuation which was fantastic. Many Buyers want a "Bargain" and some Agents want a quick Sale so they can move on to the next House. This was NOT the Case with Keryn. She wanted the BEST Price & Experience for me. She encouraged me to be Patient as my Home was different and the "Right Buyer" would come along and "Fall in Love" with my Home and Pay my asking Price. I am a Expert in my Profession but I know nothing about Real Estate so it was my Pleasure to Trust Keryn's experience. Her follow up, communication, service & updates were exceptional & appreciated. The end result was I got my asking price and it was a Professional, Stress free & WONDERFUL experience. Thank you so much Keryn.
