Persistence lead to sale

Keryn advised on how to get the house in the best shape for sale. Unfortunately the house was listed just as the floods, Ukraine, interest rates and inflation happened. It therefore took longer to sell than anticipated. Keryn tried various strategies and approaches and put in extra effort to get the house sold.
