As a former real estate agent myself my expectations of Kevin were high. Kev’s feedback was regular and imperative to preparing the property and closing the sale. Kev is an exceptional agent who delivers. I would highly endorse Kev and have no hesitation in using him again or recommending Kev in the future.

Our buying experience with Kevin Ward was great. We can’t recommend him enough and would definitely use him again when it’s time to sell. He communicated with us every step of process and answered any questions that we had.

Kevin was very professional, friendly and gave genuine advice. He went over and beyond to make my experience easy and worry free. The sales process wasn't easy. I appreciate all he has done for me.

We have had many dealings with Kevin both as a buyer and seller and we are always happy with his knowledge, negotiating skills and his patience if there is an issue along the way. We trust in his ability to handle our requirements, communicate with us at all times and ultimately to bring the deal to a satisfactory closure. In this instance he sold a property for us and we will definitely be calling Kev again when the need arises.

Great experience will buy from again.

Kevin provides great communication and follow-up support. I would definitely utilise Kevin's professional skills and services again.

Kevin was fantastic to work with helping me sell my investment property. The sale process was streamless and he secured a quick sale at my asking price. He also helped me secure the services of cleaning and gardening contractors so that I could hand over my house looking its best. I would definately work with Kevin again and recommend him as an agent you can trust
