For more than 20 years I have built a business that puts customer service first. One of the things I am most proud of is that I still receive more than half of my new business from past client referrals. This says something. Time aside, I am still as excited as ever about Gold Coast property and real estate is not just a job for me. It has allowed me to do what I love, have the flexibility to do the school run or go 4WDing with my sons and work with people I truly respect. This genuine enthusiasm and passion for what I do translates to my dealings and (in a world where people mostly buy on emotion) my vibrant energy helps clients see the positives in every home I represent. Negotiation skills are crucial when it comes to achieving the best outcomes and I can confidently say I have honed mine. People forget that even after the contract is signed, the sale is not complete - rather it is ‘a beginning’. I am a seasoned operator when it comes to facilitating parties through a tricky building and pest phase or sensitively overcoming tenancy constraints. Every sale is different and few are ever as simple as you think. My role is to take on the stress and do the behind the scenes work so that you can move through your sale or purchase journey with ease. There is no substitute for good old-fashioned service, and this is something that you get when you list with me and the team at RE/MAX Property Centre. Over the years, I have embraced technology and especially use the power of social media to promote properties.
