My wife and I looked for our property for several months before finding it and in the process had dealings with dozens of different real estate agents, most of whom failed to impress and appeared to really only be interested in 'making the sale'. Kevin, right from the start, seemed a lot more honest and actually interested in helping us. As the deal progressed, I realised that this in fact was the case and all our dealings with Kevin were very easy and pleasurable. I thoroughly recommend Kevin and wish that there were more out there like him.

Kevin seems to be a nice guy. However, in my experience having purchased multiple properties over the years, I found myself having to constantly follow up with Kevin to determine where things were at. Yeah sure, sometimes its difficult to get answers from vendors, but my expectation is that you can still call to say you are still awaiting a reply. During settlement, I actually advised Kevin of the settlement date and time as he had no clue. This was a real surprise. After settlement, there was no card or gifts or a basket of something to say congrats we appreciate your business and think of us when you consider your next purchase. I also find it incredible that the agent seeks opinion concerning their service when they want a rating and request that if there is constructive criticism that I email them directly and not on this site. The whole purpose of this site is to provide honest reliable and actual feedback to similar prospective buyers like me. There were a number of times where the agents reply to many of my questions were either I don't know or buck passing. It took ages to receive my deposit receipt and when asked for it the agent asked me to follow up with my solicitor. Kevin is a nice guy but I would reconsider purchasing a property from him and his agency for future purchases. Sorry, that's my honest feedback and I would have preferred the agent to ask me about his services when we were "doing business". Thanks.
