Kevin won us over as did his team. We liked how they were transparent from the beginning outlining the selling process and were understanding of our priorities which was our family. This was demonstrated by giving lots of notice regarding open times and cancelling with sick children with no complaint. Kevin went above and beyond when our car battery was flat at one open and means of payment was hidden somewhere in the house. He also won over our daughter with the first baby chino delivery. Kevin is remarkably different to other agents we’ve dealt with in selling and purchasing properties. Driven, customer experience focused, results orientated and just lovely to be around - Kevin and team at Ray White Cheltenham stand FAR, FAR ABOVE the rest. My husband and I met Kevin at a local auction in Cheltenham as an underbidder and from there kept in touch. We were most impressed with his auctioning skills and perhaps more important his people skills. When it came to selling this investment property we decided to go with Kevin rather than a local South Yarra agent. Quite frankly no-one compared to his passion and enthusiasm. We trusted him to get a great result and he did. Average days of property on market in South Yarra is some 90 days. Kevin got it all done within 3 days of auction date. We had horrendous weather on auction day and the property was passed in but the effort he took post that to get a great result is commendable. He worked around the clock over the weekend. I’ve met most local Cheltenham, Mentone and Bayside agents over the last 2 years (purchasing) and there is no-one that compares. The market is hot here locally but when you give an agent a property like an apartment in South Yarra (such a crowded market) to get great results shows true capability of the agent.
