We approached Kevin because of his knowledge of the area, didn't expect to sign up with him on same day but we did, that showed how well he presented himself and talked through in detail the process in which he would market and sell our place. Throughout the campaign, Kevin, Elise and wider team kept us up to date on progress, was always available to answer any of our questions. The day before the auction Kevin went through step by step how the auction would go which was great to help us prepare for the day.
