He and his team offered us excellent service and feedback throughout the campaign which led to a very smooth and successful sale experience. He respectfully listened to our concerns and aspirations and negotiated on our behalf for a very positive outcome. Kevin demonstrated empathy and consideration for our situation as the house for sale had been our family home for nearly seventy years...thus an experience charged with emotion. Because of this his team’s constant communication and feedback were very reassuring. On the day of the auction, we were particularly impressed with the total organisation of his team and in particular, his undoubted skill as an auctioneer.
