A great experience in a stressful time

We attended an open home and auction where Kevin was the auctioneer. We fell in love with his ability to be open, honest, respectful and knowledgeable through this process. Kevin allowed us time and space to review a property, listened to our views and guided us through the process. Whilst we missed out on this property, we were also in the process of selling and did not hesitate to have Kevin and his team on our side. Throughout the process we were extremely well informed and updated. Whilst going over and above in preparation and communication, Kevin and his team also provided some lovely personal touches along the journey. In the lead up to Auction day and on Auction day, we were clear and United on a result which was achieved. Whilst we had a reserve, Kevin and the team went over and above to ensure we got the best possible result. A great experience. I would highly recommend to anyone, we wish we were selling another home so we could involve Kevin and his team once again.
