Absolute 5 Star experience!

Kevin, Nakita and the Team at Ray White Cheltenham were amazing from start to finish! We had 2 different agents come through our home prior to selling, to see who we felt the most comfortable with. Kevin got our vote hands down!! He came prepared with a full property pack, including the kinds of reports we would receive during the campaign, Agent profile information, previous campaign results, advertising costs, marketing calender and chocolates!! Kevin and Nakita met our dog Chilli on this first meeting, and 2 days later we received a ceramic dog bowl with Chilli's name printed! Over and above!!! Needless to say we said please sell our home. We felt relaxed and informed throughout the campaign with regular reports with how many people had sent an enquiry regarding our property, requested section 32's, stat updates from realestate.com, and daily touch points through our WhatsApp group they set up. We also had face to face meetings throughout this time which really helped us feel like we were in good hands. We were extremely happy with the result on Auction Day, and the way it ran. We had Agents coming in and out of the house keeping us updated on how the auction was tracking, and we sold over Reserve! How could we not, with Kevin running the show! He is an absolute superstar!!! Trustworthy, fun, approachable and so professional I can not recommend him enough to anyone looking to get their home valued and to trust to sell their home!!
