At first glance our property was from all reports going to be a quick sale. Unfortunately it didn’t quite turn out that way and after truck loads of tyre kickers, time wasters and low-ball offers, Kevin mastered the marketing pulling in unheard of numbers to view until we finally found the ‘right’ buyer. Kevin’s sheer tenacity and never give up attitude got it over the line and for a sale price we thought was long gone due to it being on market for so long. My partner and I recently purchased a property that Kevin was listing and we couldn't have been more impressed by the level of professionalism of Kevin. We must have looked at 20 properties in the hunt for or new place and not one of those agents took the time to do their research on the property they were selling. We noticed a big difference dealing with Kevin he knew how long they were living in the apartment, what upcoming work was due on the building, how much was in the sinking fund, what major work had already been carried out on the building and if the building was NBN ready you name it he knew. Kevin and his team are the friendliest and hardest working agents we have dealt with. They had very nice professional brouchers on the property on arrival rather than the black and white printed flyers some places give out which demonstrated to us that the care about their listing. We found Kevin to be very fair when negotiating he had his seller's and buyers best interests in mind and was able to do the deal rather quickly and both parties were happy with the outcome. If you are selling your home then give Kevin your listing and you can start shopping for that new home because Kevin will have the old home sold in no time at all.
