My property is in the Gold Coast Hinterland. Approximately 7.5 acres perched at 1200 ft on the water side of the mountain with 270 deg uninterrupted views of the Gold Coast and ocean. An abundance of of wildlife abounds with lush forest all around. My family have lived here on and off for the past 22 years. It has become a sanctuary and an escape from the madding crowd. At the age of 66 I was no longer able to care for and devote the time to this magnificent property. After careful consideration we had decided to list the property at the end July. Having decided to use a local agent, I vetted some 6 agents. Fortunately I made the right choice in Kevin Crasto, a man that didn't try to BS me or blow smoke up my A. A number of the agents were looking to lowball the property price before they even had the listing, and 2 of them didn"t even bother following up with a second contact. Kevin was a breath of fresh air with his optimistic outlook and approach to real estate. He believes in his clients and works for the seller and not the buyer. We didn't have a listing (although we had a range ) price on the property. We had a few inspections mid week and a weekend open house found several serious buyers appear. Within a week the property was skillfully sold at a RECORD price in the street. Kevin is a man that goes out of his way to support his clients to the point where when I was laid up in bed and needed to pick up some sandstone tiles he offered to pick them up and unload them for me with non recompense. I couldn't recommend him more highly and apart from his negotiating skills, he's a great guy. Thank you Kevin and team for all your help during these difficult times.
