We first met Kevin in 2015 when our daughter negotiated the purchase of a house at Bonogin. We, as her parents, were heavily involved in the process and found Kevin to be attentive to our queries and at all times respectful of our needs. He persevered over several months to finally secure the sale. Within a year, we decided to relocate to Bonogin to be closer to our daughter. Kevin was our first and only local agent that we considered. He listened to our requirements and finally, after a few months, find our perfect home. For various reasons, we chose to move from Bonogin to downsize due to our changing circumstances. Because we believed that our property had specific features that wouldn't suit most buyers, we didn't want to enter into the "standard" Sole Agency agreement and be inconvenienced by having to prepare our house for open houses frequented by "tyre kickers" who were not interested in what our property offered. To this end, we contacted Kevin along with two female agents from two major companies with our proposal that they simply bear in mind that our house was available for sale and that we weren't prepared to offer a sole agency agreement. Kevin understood where we were coming from and simply contacted us on a number of occasions when he had prospective purchasers interested in what we had to offer. The other two agents approached, both declined to our proposition claiming they "don't work like that". Thanks to Kevin's understanding of our needs and his "can do" attitude, within less than 6 weeks, he had a sale.
