An excellent sales experience

Kevin was recommended to us by a work colleague and I am so pleased that we went with him to sell our property. Kevin was friendly and open on the first meeting and really listened to what was important to us for this sale. I was impressed at his approach to selling real estate - he talked about the psychology of buying houses and the importance of getting people to fall in love with the property early. We had some challenges through the sale with bank delays secondary to COVID 19 as well as stress from me as I was heavily pregnant at the time. Kevin was calm and approachable throughout and patiently explained the processes to me every step of the way.
