Kevin Dearlove and his team were relentless in working with us to sell our home and maximise its sale price. They shared our goal of getting the property on the market as soon as possible to take advantage of favourable market conditions. However, there were a number of cosmetic issues that needed attending to (gardening, painting, minor repairs, styling, etc). Kevin’s team utilised trades and stylists on their books who prioritise Stone Property Beecroft. As a result, all work was done and the home listed within 3 weeks. Communication was regular and timely and Kevin’s team were always available to meet on site with trades to help negotiate the scope and price of the job. The stylist recommended by Kevin was amazing and the house looked great and photographed stunningly.
