Although we had known Kevin during his latter years at high school, we selected him to be our agent ahead of several others because of the thoroughly professional manner in which he conducted himself. We had a number of meetings with Kevin before we signed the agency agreement to discuss the concept of the sales campaign he had planned very soon after he first met with us. He was able to answer all of the questions we put to him without any spin or gloss and provided sound advice at the appropriate time. Having signed the agreement, the plan was executed with meticulous attention to detail. Kevin provided us with timely and detailed feedback on the progress of the campaign and maintained a confident and level headed demeanour throughout the duration. He and his team were courteous and considerate in the conduct of the open house schedules and were always punctual.
