Kevin Dearlove and his team were relentless in working with us to sell our home and maximise its sale price. Communication was regular and timely and Kevin’s team were always available to meet on site with trades to help negotiate the scope and price of the job. The stylist recommended by Kevin was amazing and the house looked great and photographed stunningly. We were in regular contact with Kevin throughout the campaign and appreciated the regular flow of information in discussions with Kevin and in regular detailed reports. We were kept up to date about potential buyers and their feedback. We felt we were in very safe hands. The process, Kevin's work ethic and the way the Stone team performed throughout the campaign and on auction night, made us feel that we had maximised our sale price.
