Beautifully Planned Fluke

We were selling Mums unit so she can move into Aged Care. To finance aged care we needed the unit sold ASAP, but for a good & proper price. Thanks to a letterbox drop from Stone Real Estate, we knew someone was interested in moving into the complex. Kevin & James targeted this lady, gave her a tour, she was keen and with a bit of gentle nudging from Kevin & James she eventually came up with the price we were after. Contracts have been exchanged & we now hope the lady can sell her home ASAP to bring forward the settlement date forward. I would highly recommend she go to Stone Real Estate to do this.
