We cannot recommend highly enough Kevin Dearlove and his team at Stone Real Estate, Beecroft, who sold our North Ryde home recently. They provided us with prompt and professional advice, from the first meeting with Kevin, a subsequent meeting with Anne who managed the preparation of the house for sale with great efficiency in a short period of time, to the sales team, all of whom were friendly and considerate. They kept us well informed throughout the sales period, managed our "wobbles" and all worked hard to achieve the final result. They "read the room" and took us to auction earlier than planned.
