Kevin was selected by my family from a range of agents we spoke to about the sale of my parents house. Kevin stood out as an agent with expertise, credibility and respect. He was given the job over all the others we spoke to because of his personable approach,, his thorough knowledge of the market and his genuine personal qualities that made him an agent who was approachable , friendly, always willing to help or advise and was never pushy. Kevins good points are that he's very quick to respond. If you ask for some information he'll have it for you very quickly. He's also always available on the phone and it never sounds like your bothering him or his pressed for time like some other agents. Please disregard the negotiation rating as I bought at auction, so there was no negotiation through Kevin, I gave a slightly lower rating on Market Knowledge, however the property I bought was unique and an estimate on price for the property was quite difficult. In saying that I did ask other agents and their estimates were further off the mark than Kevins.
