I would have no hesitation in recommending Kevin Healan to any person wishing to sell their property. His advice in preparation and presentation of the property led to a successful and prompt sale. During all the years his agency managed rental of my property, and during the sale period, I have have experienced nothing but excellent service.

Mr. Kevin, the gentleman was and now really nice and friendly person. He always respond promptly with clear ansswers. oh with big smiles as well:) Eventhough we are from different cultural back ground, he's very patient, very well organised and very much well explainer until we got it. He also showed super huge efforts in every inspection until we finally get keys. What about his fantastic communication skills between the owner and us, always ready to listen what we really want and in the end, great savings with the help of courtesy nigotiation skills. We definitely will be his continual customer and very very happy to write a review for other people. You never regret and also can enjoy his fabulous management skills. show huge thanks to Mr. Kevin best regards, Juhee and Jong

Very friendly and helpful. Must recommend.

Thank you Kevin for your help and guidance every step of the way. Your consideration, professionalism and communication were admirable and you made the sale of our home a great experience.

Kevin Healan handled our latest property sale and it was definitely our most positive experience with a Real Estate agent over many years and numerous house sales and purchases. We were highly satisfied with every aspect of Kevin's service.

We have found Kevin a pleasure to deal with. We bought our own house from him in 94 and also bought our investment property from him. Kevin and his staff are always pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend his agency to anyone who asked, which we have done in the past. Suzanne and Charlie Crawford
