Kevin's skills and knowledge were of a very high quality in this unpredictable market. He is an excellent negotiator. Communication concerning my advertising and photos going out on the internet could have been better but didn't affect the final result.
We have no doubt Kevin's unwavering commitment and supreme professionalism are the key factors that lead to the sale of our property........well done........massive thank you!!

Kevin always kept us up to date with what was going on . And always gave us great advice on what he thought was our best option.
Kevin is truly professional but easy to contact and approach with any questions . Things were explained in full . A pleasure to deal with him
Kevin answered all questions we had promptly and kept us informed on everything that was happening with our property. Couldn't find fault with any of our dealings with Kevin.
I have dealt with Kevin before and like his no nonsense attitude and obvious experience. (I have to say he is poor at giving directions though. He managed to get me lost in Heywood - and I used to be a local!)
With the time and effort Kevin has put in to keep me up-to-date with the sale and the rental of my property no words can describe your work thanks heaps mate 👍🏾
