We had sold our business on the South Coast of NSW and decided we would move to Bathurst. We had only 4 weeks until settlement of our business so we needed to purchase a property quickly. We contacted Kevin Keogh prior to arriving in Bathurst as we had allowed 3 days to find a property to purchase before we had to return to Ulladulla to finalize our sale. We supplied Kevin with our requirements and he emailed a list of suitable properties which met our criteria. Unfortunately when we arrived, Kevin was off sick for the duration of our stay but he arranged for Nardia Cameron to accompany us on inspection of the 3 properties we felt met our needs. We purchased the first home we inspected with Nardia and it was all achieved within a few hours of our inspection.
