Kevin was most obliging in showing me the property and keeping me up to date on the progress of other offers etc. whilst I was waiting for my property to sell.

Kevin was suggested to us through the Property Management arm of MICM to help sell a deceased estate. Kevin would not reply to emails and did not really communicate, and did not help with the sale of the property in the end. A colleague of his was far more helpful and we credit her with the sale of the property. Im not sure why he would ask us to rate him when his service was deplorable.
