Kevin and his assistant Laura were able to get a good price for the priperty in a Real Estate market which has been made more difficult in the last year due to interest rate rises. If you are consider selling I could recommend Kevin, he has decades of experience in this area and you will be in very good hands with him looking after your sale. I have friends who sold with Kevin a few years ago and they were very happy too.
