Sale of home in The Oaks

Kevin O'mara did a fantastic job of selling my rental property at The Oaks. I received an offer for my property within two days of it going on sale. The on line photos and description were nothing short of amazing. My property looked at it's tiptop best on line. The first open house was two days after the property went on line, 12 groups of potential buyers went through on day one, this produced an unbelievable offer, which I accepted. The house has now settled and I'm certainly appreciative of the great job that Kevin and team did for me. The result for me was far better than I expected and I put that down to the professional and experienced job done by Kevin and his team.
