We would like to take this opportunity to thank Kevin Port Louis for the outstanding work he and his team had done to sell our house in Bentleigh. Kevin had clearly discussed the preferred selling process (auction vs. private sale) and immediately demonstrated his enthusiasm in wanting to market our property and find suitable buyers. He thoroughly outlined the campaign process and he had instilled our confidence in his work. Kevin had a difficult task during COVID lockdown. First, the campaign had been planned for an auction, it changed to private sale because auctions had ceased, and then back to an auction once again in a matter of weeks. This alone demonstrated Kevin’s professionalism and adaptability. Whilst in lockdown, Kevin had advised modifying the strategy of the campaign to which we had agreed. He immediately made contact with prospect buyers and began negotiating potential and favourable offers. Throughout this challenging time, Kevin had kept us informed and updated throughout the campaign process. When auctions returned he kept abreast with the growing property market and advised us accordingly. It felt like he was on a personal mission to do his best for us. Ultimately, from his management of the several challenging tasks he had to manage throughout the campaign to his outstanding efforts on the day, Kevin always presented himself as a professional and took every measure in his stride, to keep us at ease. We do not doubt that Kevin had put in numerous hardworking hours into our campaign and we truly believe he did a fantastic job. He is a diligent and meticulous sales agent that was always on top of his game when conducting business and communicating with us and we were very impressed with Kevin’s expertise and work ethic.
