Kevin and his team deserve praise for every aspect of their service delivery. What stood out the most for my partner and I was the detailed information we received at every stage of the process, particularly the through care given in post-inspection debriefs and the like. Kevin's market knowledge and expertise was obvious from the start and realistically guided us to the outcome we would likely achieve. Staffan and I were unable to attend the auction in person, having already moved interstate, however Christine was lovely and pivotal towards ensuring we could view the entire auction online.
