We had very little communication from the Harcourts agent or principal. Many mistakes were made and lies told in order to stop us complaining. I cannot in good faith recommend this agency at all

We were one of the lucky ones. We had a rental property at Mount Richon which was managed through Harcourt Focus. When I mentioned to them we were looking at selling the property, Lorraine suggested we speak to their sales division. This was where we meet Kevin Sleight. It was a personalized approach with coming to visit us personally and with a sound knowledge of the area made us feel at ease. We talked over coffee and before we knew it we had an offer on the table. He brought all the forms requiring our signature to us and guided us through the process.
