I was overwhelmed with joy on my first experience in selling a house. My Agent, Kevin Ho did a great job in selling my house fast and at a great price. The final price was actually higher than the price range we agreed on earlier. Moreover, Kevin did really know his stuff. We were always on the same page every step of the way. To put it shortly, he was the best man for the job! Excellent knowledge and experience as well!

I really like Kevin (Tung) Ho's dedication towards his work and his friendly attitude towards his client. I was dealing with two agents while searching for property to buy: Kevin from Barry Plant and another person from Professionals St Albans. I made an offer (below the asking price) for one of the property with that agent from Professionals St Albans and I was sent a very unprofessional text message and was never contacted again for any other property. On the other hand, Kevin showed me few other properties and I could not get through despite making offers. I liked the fact that Kevin kept in touch with me and kept showing me the properties without showing any signs of disappointment. Finally I got this property through him.
