although we lost on our sale of our house Kevin did what he could to secure the sale, the buyers came in initially a lot lower than the suggested price, Kevin bought the offer to us for review and when I made the comment of what offer I would accept he went back to the buyer and finally obtained what we required. The sale went through without a lot of input from us once the dealing was completed. I would recommend Kevin to others. Thank you.
