From the date of signing contract till settlement date agent should be responsible and be clear especially towards first home buyers. Building inspection didn’t allow purchaser to go inside house and during pre settlement inspection agent didn’t bring all the keys couldn’t see the whole house agent was asking client to be quick because he was supposed to go another inspection. Cooling off period negotiations was left till last minute too much stress and pressure on first hole buyer. As sell agent you should provide quality customer service unfortunately that’s not the case. Overall it was learning experience for next time.
