demonstrated extra strong market value, I thought that he was 45 years old , and not in his twenty's, the experience exudes from Kahlil , nothing was too hard , picked up the phone any time of day or night , he is an asset to the company he works for, he was more like a friend than an Agent , Be very careful he may take over the world, he gave ideas , in selling the house and was extra ordinary with expectations in the market, ONW THING THAT WAS IMPORTANT , HE NEVER LIED AND WAS A STRAIGHT SHOOTER , he worked for me not for the buyer , gave me a hell of a lot of instructions , whenever i had confusion , helped me walk through the process and especially the mounting mountain of paperwork, My god , Kahlil Sabawi, i call him MY AGENT, because he was absolutely amazing and outstanding . his negotiation skills were incredible, never left any stone unturned, he gave a lot of suggestions , especially in problem solving as well as saved the family money , especially in doing extra work, to the property and on the property that wasn't needed, his market Knowledge was absolutely incredible, his professionalism was absolutely outstanding , he picked up the phone day and night , if anytime i had a query in relation to the property of paperwork. i don't think he even stopped for breaks , one time he was grabbing coffee in the coffee shop and he still stopped to answer the phone . i have no complaints what so ever ,i know this review looks long winded it's not , and i mean what i say , i am not just writing a review , just please see for your self he deserves accolades, this market at the moment is very tricky and slow but we got exactly what we wanted for our house and that is what matters and a LOT MORE, we could have used a local agent in our area but after speaking with my nephew , we decided to call him in to give us his take on the market and in the area , he dressed very smartly and showed experience beyond his age , so it became unanimous to use kahlil
