We recently purchased a house. Robust was the selling agent. Their lack of communication made this a very difficult process compared to other property transactions we have had in the past. We had to constantly chase the agent for updates and responses to our questions, we felt we were forgotten about and they did not operate nor present in a professional manner. Key information was not provided until after key dates and it was too late.

From the get go Khan provided- Honest appraisal ( not buying the listing) Good market knowledge Excellent targeted marketing Worked well with buyers to extract every last dollar he could for us. Did all the open homes and inspections personally and gave good feedback. Lets face it. We employ Real estate agents to get us the best price we can for our house. Thats all. Khan worked for us every minute, on our side 100%. Often we want more than the market will pay, thats natural, and the agent needs to run with that and give it a damn good try. For each sale we got more than we expected. The second sale in particular, an offer on the second day listed, 20k above what we thought, and 35k above our bottom line... sometimes that first offer is the best. In this area, our house plan, facade and block size was fairly common, its easy to compare, sales before and after on similar houses are around 30k less. Liz and I are both very grateful for his work, his unfailing good humour, and his tremendous work getting us a great price. We recommend him 100%.

Khan was honest, and has a personable attitude that allows you to feel comfortable viewing homes. It's obviously a difficult industry here in Australia when a realtor is acting on behalf of the sellers and buyers to be open and honest as much as possible. Our situation was slightly unique and Khan was accommodating and transparent through the whole process. Only criticism I have was questions I had asked about the house we purchased remained unanswered
