While buying this property from Khilen Patel, I have experienced his extraordinary negotiation skills with transparency and at the same time being courteous and firm while I was negotiating the sale of the property. He was available all the time to answer my queries. I highly recommend him to my friends and family.
KP is a good agent and has worked hard in this environment. With clear guidelines he is able to monitor and conclude a sale in the best interest of the seller and buyer at the same time. KP has worked extremely hard to get a sensible price in a stable market and has worked tirelessly with all concerned specially in selling our property.
We accidentally met Khilen while viewing another property but based on his communication and negotiation skills we not only managed to see a few other properties that day but also managed to finalise a property within the few hours we were with him. He always made sure he was there in person to take us through the property, get answers to our our numerous questions from the vendor, pick up calls whenever we called him, while being friendly and courteous. It was good working with a nice agent after a long time and I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
Very knowledgeable, Good negotiator especially if you are selling
I find Khilen very honest and reliable professional with great attitude. He is always eager to help and responds to any query earliest possible. I highly recommend him as an agent.
From day one, Khilen highly demonstrated his willingness and capacity to sell my property. Thus we encountered his professionalism and reliability on him. Despite it taken more than a month to sell my property, what I found on him is remarkable commitment to keep me informed of the progress on weekly basis. Whereas I personally like his kind and sincere nature which keep us intact to see the desired outcome. WELL DONE & GREAT WORK!! I unreservedly recommend Khilen's service to anyone, who is willing to buy/sell a property
