Khilen is an honest agent who provided transperancy over the entire deal making me feel comfortable in what I was investing in by giving me market input and sharing his local knowledge. He was very helpful and adjusting when it came to inspections at any convenient time to suit me . I would highly recommend and commend in his negotiation skills
