In summary, it went well NIDUS and team were very interactive. I worked hard with Khurram in securing the sale. When the sale did not go ahead (after unconditional) Khurram referred me to his operations manager advising she will be the contact on the way forward. NIDUS group via Khurram, are now trying to sue me for their 1.5% commission and threatening to place a caveat on the property. I am shocked as I am a member of the community to have this end like this. When I proposed to continue selling the property and stay loyal to NIDUS, Khurram did not even entertain that idea. NIDUS also sold $50k less than what we aimed agreed to aim for. NIDUS are also refusing to take sale records and property information off the online web portals domain, realestate.com.au. NIDUS however do have extensive local experience in the area and can achieve results. Another concern was that Khurram made me sign an agency agreement whilst I was still in an exclusive agency agreement with the previous agency signed 24th Sept-24, still within weeks of the previous agreement. Although Khurram is an experienced agent and uses persuasive methods to achieve sales, all this means nothing if there is no trust or integrity especially being advised not to reveal issues to a potential buyers just to secure a sale. I will take this to Fair Trading NSW . I wish well for Khurram and hope this experience creates awareness for buyers and asists NIDUS in feedback to improve.
