We have had several houses so not new to the process, however the insights into the market, the continued support and tweaking of the sales programme, meant that we achieved a good price for our house which was close to our expectations (sellers always want more) and exceptional given current circumstances. It is worth noting that other appraisals were considerably less. We did not though choose Khush becuase of that; it was more to do with her sales approach and extensive local knowledge.
