I would highly recommend using Khush as your real estate agent, if fact we have already recommended her to more than one person including family. We fully understand their work is commission based and therefore selling high is in their best interest however a quick sale also secures a faster return for them, this was not the case with Khush as she used her negotiating skills and vast knowledge to achieve the best possible price which far exceeded our expectations. She also made sure to check if any prospective buyers actually met the criteria required to purchase for the amount they were offering and by keeping in touch with both the settlement agents she was able to stay informed and therefore keep both parties updated accordingly as required.
