I rate Khushwant as a 3 star agent. Overall, he was very helpful during the process. However, during the initial process, when we were discussing the price of the property, there was no clarity nor enough enthusiam of him selling the property to us. I am guessing maybe because there were a lot of people interested with the property which I think is normal. There was also not much of clarity when we discussed the price of the property with him. When we got the property, his services became better and was there althroughout the process (even after hours) when we needed him. And that is even up until now.
