Ilia came across the most ethical agent I have dealt with for years. I would highly recommend him for sales in the current market as he gives a frank opinion and then follow it through with his work. You need a stress-free sales experience then Ilia is your man.

Ilia brought a range of suggestions to enable us to obtain the best price for our Greenway townhouse. Ilia was able to arrange removalists, stylists and painters, all of whom worked quickly and at short notice. Ilia kept us informed of progress after each open house and managed, at the end, to achieve a record sale price for the suburb. I had known Ilia in a previous life and it was a pleasure to work with him in this new venture.

So glad we had IIia as our agent. He went above our expectations making sure we were happy in every step of the process. Never had to guess what was happening and all his trades did a fantastic job. Very happy with the price and marketing and even happier how quick he had it sold.

Selling your cherished property can be a stressful experience and placing your faith on a real state agent to get you the best result can be daunting. Having engaged Illia Mangos from Edge Quality Property to sell our property was a wise decision, not only did he achieve a suburb record but selling the property in 3 days must also be a record. From initial engagement through the selling process to settlement Illia always had our best interest in mind. His friendly demeanor and plain English explanation of the process made us feel at ease. I would have no hesitation in recommending Illia to any one undertaking the sale of they property.

Ilia did a fantastic job in organsing any maintenance and touch work required, sorting out the stylist and the photoshoot. Ilia's knowledge of the market, and when to push the advertising, was key to making my sale smooth and fast.

On his advice we waited before going to market and the results were excellent! We got more than expected in a very short time frame! We were very happy with the stylist Ilia recommended. All we had a very experience.

His professionalism, combined with his dedication to source the best outcome for us as his clients was greatly appreciated and we would have no hesitation in recommending Ilia as your agent should you be in a position to buy or sell your home. Ilia did an amazing job selling our home in less than 14 days on the market, short settlement period and got us a record price. We investigated other agents in our area with similar homes, but they were selling at substantially lower prices and taking 30 days plus on the market to do so - most of them only wanting to sell via auction which did not suit our situation at all! Other agents told us that their auction process would take an average 14-30 day marketing plus anywhere between 30-90 days settlement, that's nearly half a year from start to finish, not what we wanted at all. Ilia has a team of amazing people that also helped put it all together without dramas and days off work including pre/post-sale cleaning, gardening, storage and transport, and tradies. He even helped us with the buy of our new home from another agency that was playing silly buggers with us. Could not have asked for a better agent!
