Our property was unique in that it is a Conservation 1929 home with an additional two story Heritage Listed Coach House Circa 1881 at the rear, in a livable condition. Kieran understood these special features and made positive suggestions in the marketing to gain an acceptable sale price. Additionally, he inspired his staff who were also very friendly and professional.
