For what its worth, I've known many people who consider 'success' as being 'cut as many corners as you can, get everything as cheap as possible, hire whoever quotes the lowest', and its never worked out -- headaches ensue, things break fast, workmanship suffers, and you'll end up paying more later to redo it right. Value for money is what its all about; quality work for a fair price. Cut corners and take low quotes and you might just get what you paid for -- but seek out this fine person with a fair price in mind and quality is guaranteed. No more headaches. I'll be looking for Kieran in the future if/when I'm looking to sell my (potentially renovated) property. He has the right idea of what success is, and how to get results. An excellent, earnest ally in the sometimes thorny business of real estate.
Kieran was professional from the get go. He took the time to take me to numerous inspections of the property and worked with me for a successful outcome. His communication was spot on and replied to me with professionalism and was able to explain to me how everything worked.
