I engaged Kieran Carson to sell my property in Melton in the nick of time, i.e. early February 2020 - prior to the Corona Virus spreading here in Australia. Kieren handled the sale exactly how anyone would have expected a professional Real Estate Agent to complete the sale. I took his recommendations and finalised the sale without any delays or problems. Kieran also recommended me a good legal firm, who handled the legal issues professionally. Incidentally my property while rented was managed by Raine and Horne, Melton, this was an advantage as Kieran and Cara knew the area very very well. I would recommend Kieran and Raine and Horne Melton to my friends and family.

Kieran was willing to listen and understand what we were looking for. He was honest and did NOT lead us to something that was not achievable. His was always available to talk to and addressed all questions promptly. He was always respectful when dealing with us and the vendor. Thank you Kieran for being so helpful and meeting our needs.

Were hunting houses for 4 months. finally found our home with the help of Kieran. Very supportive, knowledgeable and quick in process.

I can only say great things about this Agent. Kieran was more than happy to answer all of our questions, no matter how frequent. He helped us sort through a few of our troubles quickly and efficiently. He was and continues to be available to offer us advice and information. Always friendly, very down to earth, skilled in his craft and professional for sure, but also very interpersonally gifted and happy to build rapport and relationships. I consider Kieran the best Real Estate Agent I've known thus far, definitely not just another walking suit-and-tie; he's been helpful and happy to be, and that kind of giving intention is hard to come by. For what its worth, I've known many people who consider 'success' as being 'cut as many corners as you can, get everything as cheap as possible, hire whoever quotes the lowest', and its never worked out -- headaches ensue, things break fast, workmanship suffers, and you'll end up paying more later to redo it right. Value for money is what its all about; quality work for a fair price. Cut corners and take low quotes and you might just get what you paid for -- but seek out this fine person with a fair price in mind and quality is guaranteed. No more headaches. I'll be looking for Kieran in the future if/when I'm looking to sell my (potentially renovated) property. He has the right idea of what success is, and how to get results. An excellent, earnest ally in the sometimes thorny business of real estate.

Kieran was professional from the get go. He took the time to take me to numerous inspections of the property and worked with me for a successful outcome. His communication was spot on and replied to me with professionalism and was able to explain to me how everything worked.

Kieran was so extremely patient with the selling of my property as it was not a simple sale. I would highly recommend him in any situation with his professional manner in which he handled it. Thanks Kieran

Kieran was very professional and was very good and easy to deal with. We will definitely deal with Kieran in the future

After dealing with two agents prior to Kieran I'm glad to say, "Finally a Decent Agent." An agent that was transparent, contacted us on a regular ongoing basis, an agent that actually was working for us. Kieran provided sound advice, and would happily go with Kieran and his agency over all of the others in the area. Regards Aaron & Tania

I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Kieren Carson with the sale of our investment property in Kurunjang. I have been very satisfied with how the property has been managed over the past 10 years or so, but the communication I have received over the last few years has been exceptional (thanks especially to John Trieu). When the decision was made to sell the property, I was very impressed with the knowledge that Kieren had of our property, particularly in assisting us to set an appropriate value and then talking us through the different options we could use with regard to selling. Kieren was very thorough with the advice he provided us and even though the property didn't sell at auction (as we had hoped ! !) the property was sold only 4 days later which was an excellent result for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kieren Carson and John Trieu (Raine and Horne Melton) to assist with looking after your investment property - either managing or selling ! !

Keiran was honest and professional, key things lacking in todays world.

It is so easy to talk with Kieran Carson,a real agent who does a professional job,we could not pick anyone better, he looks young but he's got the knowledge and experience,we are very pleased with the service he provided for us.Hi is indeed A REAL MAN! Todor and Cristina
