He was also easy to reach always at all times and answered all my questions in a timely fashion. One thing I really loved and appreciated about Keiran was that he was very reliable. If he promised to call me after an inspection, he would; if he promised me to call on a certain day, he would and deliver the necessary information or anything that came up. This took a lot of stress away from me and also I didn't have to ever worry about what's happening, as I always had the updates from Keiran every now and then.
