We originally determined a price for our home which we consider was competitive with the homes within our area to sell. Thankfully Keri, you encouraged us to place our house at a higher price. Of those there where two (2) interested buyers, who placed a bid for our home. We accepted from your advice the “Cash” buyer, and thanks to you, their price was $15,000 dollars more than was asked.
