Throughout the process from signing up for the sale of our home to our sale, Kieran's communication and assistance (including the setup of our home for tours when we were away on 6 week holidays) exceeded our expectations. His honesty and continued feedback along the journey made the sale experience easy. He was even in contact with us in the early hours of the morning when we were in Europe! We chose Kieran to sell our property after dealing with him on the purchase of another property in the area a few years ago. He was clearly working for the Vendor which gave us confidence he would work in the same manner for us as Vendors one day. Kieran was an absolute pleasure to deal with during the purchase process. He communicated well through out and was always proactive in following me up during the negotiation. Nothing was a hassle for Kieran, everything from making himself available onsite for pest & building inspections right through to providing additional inspections even after the deal had been agreed upon. Kieran is one of the only genuine agents I've come across in my years of buying and selling property's. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
