Selling a house from over 1000 km away with repairs and minor renovations to do it was very concerning. Kieran asked me to trust him, and I had no choice, I needed to put faith in someone. The repairs and renovations were done within a very short time and the house presented very well. The house was sold within a week of the renovations and I didn't have to do anything but sign papers.
