A bit of a struggle for 9 months to get the correct property, but got there in the end. Kierin was helpful and approachable throughout.
We found Kierin whilst looking on RE.com at property values in our area/apartment complex. Sent an email at 8pm and incredulously received a phone call the next morning. This guys on the ball I said. We believe an agent should be interviewed to gain our trust that he WILL do what he says. We arrange to Skype and Kierin successfully answered my interview questions (interrogation) and became our agent. One of our key requirements as we are based in Perth and he in Brisbane was communication. I have given him the highest score in this category because he deserves it. He always advised us of results of an "open" good or bad. Consulting with me on strategies we can use going forward. In doing this we discussed people, personalities and negotiation processes, local area knowledge was essential because of the apartment market in Kelvin Grove. Kierin has a CAN DO attitude.
